TICC has been known over the years to host exemplary events with Italian flair and style. Until today we believe in this philosophy and hence our events stand out in every way. The Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce, every year, organizes over 50 events and activities.
01 / The year
Six formats the chamber runs under its own names
The chamber publishes its diary on its own site. Individual listings are not duplicated here: a stale copy of someone else’s calendar helps nobody.
Get Together, monthly
A networking activity organized periodically, attended by members and directors and by companies from the chamber’s wider network, with representatives from the Italian Embassy and other embassies. Usually the location is a well known Italian restaurant or hotel in Bangkok.
Breakfast talks, luncheons, seminars and webinars
Professional breakfast talks, luncheons, business talks and seminars in which political, economical and business themes are discussed with distinguished speakers. Since 2020 the recorded webinars go up on the chamber’s YouTube channel.
Christmas Gala Dinner
The most important annual event to support charity associations, with the main goal to raise funds for the care of children with HIV/AIDS and other people in serious need of medical care in Thailand. Hosted in a hotel ballroom in Bangkok, with a set course meal, Italian wine and live performance shows.
Annual General Meeting
The biggest gathering of the chamber’s members, VIPs, institutions and journalists, where the year’s activities and the financial statement are reviewed. Once every three years the members are called to vote their candidates onto the Board of Directors.
Ospitalità Italiana, the awarding ceremony
The annual ceremony for the certification of authenticity the chamber has managed since 2010. In the 2019 edition it awarded 52 authentic Italian restaurants nationwide, from Chiang Mai to Trang.
Health and Wellness
A half-day event held every year with a selected hospital partner: speeches, booths from health and wellness companies, cooking shows and live performances.
